Our third chakra, known as the solar plexus chakra, is located just above the belly-button, and is responsible for self-esteem, feelings of power and commitment and ego.
When it is blocked or inactive you may feel powerless or out of control, especially with anger. Emotionally you may feel anxiety, depression related to low self-esteem issues and/or fear of rejection. You may suffer from butterflies in your stomach, or feel as if you can’t gain control over your life. If it is overactive we may feel like we need to control every aspect of our lives. Oh hey there control freaks!
Physically, when the solar plexus chakra is out of alignment, you can experience things like stomach pains, indigestion, arthritis and problems with gas or other digestive issues.

Amber
