Tip: In using these or any healing crystals, it's often a matter of personal preference but when we're working with a certain stone set we like to keep it on or near us. Popular locations include a pocket, purse, desk, nightstand, kitchen counter or even in the car.

✨ MEDITATION | Surely, we all know by now that a meditation habit is maybe the healthiest habit any of us can hope to develop (it beats smoking or gambling anyway, trust us). But transitioning into a meditative or mindful state isn’t always easy, and often, even with the best of intentions, people give up on their practice. They find it difficult to sit still and focus.
Never fear – this is where crystals come in handy. Crystals can cleanse the mind of chaotic thoughts and doubts, they calm and ground us and elevate our energy, so that you can fully immerse yourself in your meditation.
✨ SLEEPING WITH THEM | When you have difficulty sleeping, any number of things could be responsible for disturbing your rest. Whether you have too much on your plate and can’t switch off, or you can’t seem to settle your energy and are constantly worrying you’ve left your hair straightener on, crystals can bring you the peace you need to sleep easy.

You’d have to be living under a rock (pun intended!) to be oblivious to how popular gemstones, rocks, crystals and geodes have become in interiors. Seriously, if Instagram is anything to go by, we are definitely not the only ones using crystals to boost the ambiance and good vibes of our living space.
And while there are obviously plenty of creative ways (hello Pinterest!) to take advantage of the healing powers of crystals, if you’re looking to take full advantage of their witchy vibrations and magickal energy, there are ways to place them around your home intentionally, so that their energy can support you in various specific environments.
And don’t forget that the energy of your home can shift over time. If you’ve ever been in a space that was totally spick and span, and flooded with life giving natural light, but somehow just felt heavy, or uncomfortable, then you can understand how a home’s energy is dictated by more than just cleanliness.
The vibe of a space has a lot to do with the energy that has been expelled there, and not cleared away. Like us, our crystals collect energy (good and bad) and need a good cleanse every now and then. While your personal cleansing method of choice might be to put on The NoteBook and have a good cry, your crystal collection needs a little outside intervention to dispel the bad juju and reset and recharge its healing energies.
We always cleanse our space and our crystals regularly in store; although we take measures to ensure we know where and how our items are mined, they could be exposed to some dubious energy being passed through airlines + customs etc.Because we all want a fresh start for our new journey with our crystals, it’s crucial for us to cleanse them once they arrive to us, however you are free to do this again once they get to you if you feel the need! Your cleansing method of choice will depend on the properties of each crystal, as well as your own intuition and preference. But before we even get started on choosing a method, it’s key to set an intention for the cleansing. This is almost as important as the process of cleansing itself.
